Where should these be stored? They are packaged in seperate metallic pouches (think of how they package coffee...same idea) Heard Freezer? Cabinet?? any ideas...

those two would be o.k. at room temp. but also would not hurt to keep in ziplock in refridgerator. if you wanted.

what (or the logic) is idea behind putting it in the fridge? trying to understand what difference it would make leaving it out or refrigerated...i have had mine out (closet) for a week now..

Room Temperature is fine. As long as they are sealed tight. No need to refrigerate.
