Transition off of Topical (or use longer?)

Hey there

I am 34 and my T levels are at the low end of normal but not medically requiring HRT. I've been using a 20% cream for the past 3 months to get a boost at the gym and in general - cycles with injectables are overkill for my needs.

So I am ending the run with my current therapy. As I see it I have 2 options:

1 - taper off and at some point to a round of HCG. treat it like a break between cycles before using again

2 - Stay on using occasional HCG therapy to keep things happening normally down "there". I'm being told this is okay but sounds risky long-term.

Which should I do, unless there's a better 3rd option.

Also, I now you're at more risk the higher you're elevated. Is there a range that is still considered safe? I am considering getting my levels tested now to see where I am now.

thanks for any info! Really need some help sorting things out!
