Tore a pec muscle. Should I stop juicing?

OMG, talk about FUCKING PAINFUL. I tore my pec muscle doing incline bench today. I could literally hear it rip like a piece of paper. They carried me out of a stretcher in the gym. Talk about fucking embarrassing with everyone staring at you. I go to a specialist in 3-5 days so I really don't know how long I'll be out.

This really sucks. I was 6 weeks into a 12 weeker. Small dosages of 250 mg test and 300 mg Deca. So should I stop juicing or should I keep going to 12 weeks.

damage your body = stop AS , do PCT

consider using some GH to help you heal, good luck

Man, I feel for you. I watched a guy in college (a HUGE frigin guy) cry like a tiny little girl when he did the same thing. I am not for sure, but I swear I heard it tear from about 12 feet away where I was standing. EEWW. X is right though, gear or not an injury of that magnitude means time away from the gym.

you probably should stop and do PCT like he said

what an unfortunate coincidence. Yesterday, i probably came relatively CLOSE to injuring my pec, but i stopped the exercise IMMEDIATELY when it didn't feel right. This is what i posted yesterday here

i started a set of incline presses and didn't warm up enough, and went too fast on the reps (than i normally do). Instead of warming up like i usually do by doing two sets at 135, two sets at 185, and one set at 205 (before proceeding to 240-260 for 3 working sets) i only did one set of 135 and 185, then jumped to 220. My right pec started to hurt badly, and i had to rack the weight- and unfortunately had to stop the exercise without doing it. But i could tell that if i proceeded any further, i ran a risk of injuring myself, tearing my pec, etc, so unfortunately i had to proceed to non chest exercises.

Remember, if you ever get unusual pain, stop the exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm glad i did (but learned a lesson to always warm up properly no matter what!)

Did you worm up and stretch? How did it happen, did you let the bar go all the way down tuching your chest?

It happened on the incline press. Yes I stretched but probably not enough. I did a warm up set of 135 12 reps. I was on my last set and my last rep. No I did not let the bar go all the way down and touch my chest. I tore it when I was going up about half way. My control was very strict and range of motion was short, I did not go all the way down. I don't know I guess I just had too much weight on at the time. I really don't understand how it could have happened because I've used these same wieghts many times before. I also had a spotter when it happened so luckily he guided the bar away from me. I have pretty bad internal bleeding that can be seen from the outside. The part where your chest muscle connects to your shoulder is dark blue.
