Hey guys, ive always pumped easy but im on 500mg sust & 50mg ed at minute, but when i train i cany do as many sets as usual.
My forearms,shoulders,feet( when training calves) all seem too burn out first when im training to the point of pain. does this mean i am getting an effective workout on fewer sets or should i worry?
I train strict and medium/heavy. 6 - 9 sets per small b/part , 12-15 large groups.
