timming cycle

If i just finished a cycle of t200 500 week and brovel deca 400 a week taking into consideration the underdosing of those, i only gained 10 lbs and have lost 4 in two weeks. I know my gear was real but i dont think very effective for some reason. I was wanting to get input on starting another one after only four weeks off. using sust winny and deca. and the ancillaries of course. i know some are fans of really long cycles. whats your input
