if you do a 10 week cycle and wait 3 weeks then do 4 weeks of pct does that count as 10 weeks on 7 weeks off or is that 17 weeks on total?

Why are you waiting 3 weeks to begin your pct? What was your cycle.?
Also age and stats please.
Also did youbhave bloodwork done prior and are you getting them done after?

you should only be waiting two weeks to start pct... three is too long...

time on PLUS PCT TIME = time off.. the time you wait for esters to clear is also time on... so by what you asked, thats 17 weeks on meaning you need a minimum of 17 weeks off...

depends on what esters you used.

long esters will take many weeks to clear

in my mind you should follow what dylan laid out. there is no harm in erring on the conservative side so you keep a healthy HPTA. you can run bloods and clearly see that the more time you give it to recover, the stronger it will be

The guys laid it out for you. If you want less time off in the future do shorter cycles with short esters.

Pct doesnt count as time off while your body is dripping the esters and recovering. So you count all that time as time on until pct is finished
