hey guys, some thoughts on my 1st cycle would be appreciated.
I am not looking for huge gains but do want to put on some mass (10pounds). Really want to increase performance/endurance in sports and gym. So I thought Eq would be good for this, but I want to run some test with it so don't get limp. Seems I have to work 2x hard at gym to put on slights gains which were easy for me when I was 25. Still eat like a horse.
Stats:
35 yo
5'10
170#
9% body fat
Cycle:
Week 1-12, 400mg Eq/week
Week 3-12, 250mg Test E/week
PCT: 20mg/day Nolva for few weeks after cycle
Not sure if this PCT is adequate, will keep some on hand in case experience any gyno symptoms early but doubt it with such low dose of Test E.
