Is there any truth to making your own bact. water??

I was told if you buy distilled water and boil it for 10mins, you have bact. water??? Is that true??

Nope... Bacteriostatic water can be made by taking 100ml distilled water mixing it with 1ml Benzyl Alcohol, and then sterile filtering the whole solution into a sterile vial. I will have to check the sterile filter size, I can't remember off the top of my head.
