benching 220 pounds isn't very much, better than most guys obviously but still that is barely 2 plates. how much do you weigh?
i was benching 300+ as a natty and i only weighed 165 pounds and i have very avg genetics. you need to put in the years of training first. just hopping on steroids for strength boost is fine, but only when you truly hit a plateau, otherwise it is a recipe for disaster with injury
