Test E/Deca @ 12 weeks. (Best PCT compound and when to start needed..)

Previous post was getting info for a friend....

The thread recommended this cycle:
So it comes out to:
Deca @ 300mg/week Weeks 1-10
Test @ 400mg/week Weeks 1-10
Test @ 500mg/Week Weeks 11-12
PCT Start 3 weeks after Last injection.

Wich PCT compound for DECA? Clomid/Nolva?
Also when to start first PCT? 3 weeks after last inject? 2 weeks? etc?

I am 4 weeks into a Test/Deca cycle. I am using L-dex from AG guys and AIFM from afstore to control bloat and keep gyno away and so far so good.

My PCT is as follows: One week after my last shot I will take 500iu's a day of HCG for 3 weeks. I will take 1,000iu's of Vitamin E a day for 3 weeks. I will take 20mgs Nolvadex a day for 6 weeks. And I will take 20mgs a day of Aromasin for 4 weeks.
