Cycle:
Week 1-5 Tbol 80 mg ED
Week 1-12 Sustanon 270 mgs PW, Masteron 700-800 mgs PW, Primo 500 mgs PW
Week 8-12 Mhn 30 mgs ED
Goals: Minimal sides & Gyno free cycle and to Gain 20 lbs muscle while dropping 10 lbs body fat (but I will be happy only gaining 15 while losing 5 ending at the same weight of 215)
Diet: 3 solid meals a day and 3 shakes 50 grams protien per meal ( honestly I don't count calories or eat clean I am lucky enough to eat whatever I want and have abs all year around)
Workout: 4 sets 8-10 reps (except dips & chins which are done till failure) I workout opposing muscle groups on the same day with super and triple sets because I love the pump, it beats doing cardio and I love high intensity non stop workouts. Average workout lasts 2-2.5 hrs
Day 1: Chest (flat barbell bench, incline barbell bench, dips till failure, incline cable cross over) Back (chins, barbell row, single arm row) Abs(3 dif weighted machines ending in hanging leg raises)
Day 2: Bi's (barbell curl, dumbbell curl, concentration curl) Tris (cable pushdowns, skull crushers) Delts (upright row, lateral raises, military press) Traps (dork row) Obliques (roman chair)
Day 3: Legs (squats, leg press, leg extentions, laying ham curl, single ham curl, standing calve raises, seated calf raises) I haven't trained quads in months since letro flaired up and old injury and my knees are too dry to move weight.
Day 4: OFF!
PCT: 8 weeks: Hcgenerate, Psytoserms, Novadex Xt, Unleashed & Post Cycle (Might add forma) also running 10 mg am dbol during
Cycle starts in a week, been on letro gyno removal for about 2 months so I am not in the best shape since I haven't been able to kill it at the gym with the joint issues, so please don't ask for max lifts! This is a pic of me as of yesterday:
