i personally just completed a var/t3/clen cycle. For an oral only, it was great. i wasn't looking to put on mass, just maintain mass. diet was around 2100 cals a day with 250 grams of protein. i was 6'0 260 precycle and finished at 6'0 240. cycle was 8 weeks. strength increases from var were great!
