Taurine for cramps help

I have a bottle and feel cramps coming along from playing tennis. No im not on any cycle or taking clen. Just heard it helped cramps. How much also, and how much can i take on an pretty much empty stomach for my match tommorrow at 9 am

Drink some tonic water. It contains quinine which prevents cramping. BB's use the tablets when taking diuretics but the tonic water will be enuff for your needs.
