Taking a shot of Prop "just for the weekend"

My friend has just one vial of prop leftover from a while back and doesnt care to save it for a cycle. He asked me if it was ok to do a shot of prop on , say friday, just to spike libido over the weekend. He wont do it every weekend, but just once in a while he says.
