I dont like taking anything on empty stomach. Try taking it after meals it will go down better. If you do go empty stomach, mix with juice or milk
most people are fine on an empty stomach but some have issues. you will find what works for you the best

You don't need to recomp at 10%. Just add some muscle.

you should not be splitting the dose... no clue if someone told you that or you came up with it on your own but that is completely unnecessary and not how you should be running it
It really makes no difference when you take it. A lot of people just dose it once per day all at night.
