Taking GH on an empty stomach?

Do you want to take GH on an empty stomach? I wake up at 5:30am, I was going to take a shot at 5:45am. Do cardio, shower than eat. Is that okay? Then I was going to take it agian at 2:00 or 3:00pm. I have a pre-workout meal at 3:30pm. Is that okay? I don't remember reading anything about this.

My training partner says I should take it when I have low blood sugar. Is this correct? I am not using insulin.

yes hgh is best taken on an empty stomach.there are a couple of ways people believe it should be taken.i know some guys take it at night 3-4 hours after last meal then go too bed.
others take it post workout with there slin.
