T/E ratio after used test?

How can the t/e ratio bee screwed for so long after using longer t-esters?
In my understanding the body(testicles) produces testosterone and epi-testosterone in a 30/1 ratio but it is in the urine in a 1/1 ratio normally.
Also what is the half-life of epi-t in the body?
