Swollen bicep ???

[FONT=&quot]About two days ago I noticed my left bicep was sore to the touch like a bad bruise but there is no bruising and I can't remember straining it or banging it against anything.

[FONT=&quot]I have been pinning in that delt though and I am hoping I don't have some kind of infection? There does seem to be a small lump that seemed like it was higher up yesterday and has droped to me lower bicep.

My whole arm has been getting more swollen as the night has gone on. Shit, hoping it's just a strain. Anybody else ever experience this?[/FONT]

if you think you have a bicep injury then you need to go have a doctor look at it...
