sustonon 600 mgsa week is making me explode

the first 4 week sof my cycle was sust 300 ( chinese) a week,50mgs of winny 1-6 anavar 30 mgs/day weeks 3-12....i gained about 17 lbs onthat......now i dropped the winny and anavar and upped my sust to 600 a week and now in 5 and 1/2 weeks i am up from 207 to 235....arms are about 2 inches bigger and quads are from 23 to 26..calves 15 3/4 to 17 5/8 chest 43 to 46 1/2
