what are the best dosages to use if I am ordering sustanon and proviron?
How much will I need to use?
My goal is to recomp
current numbers are 33 years old and 5’6’’ 175 pounds. Want to lose 3% body fat and gain 5-10 pounds of muscle
thinking of doing sustanon 500mg a week and 50mg a day proviron. Thoughts?

i would go with 350 mg of sustanon and 50 mg per day of proviron...

I generally like to go with 300 mg of testosterone. For Proviron, 25-50 mg are the two most common doses

500mgs sustanon and 50mgs proviron is good do it
add 7 caps n2guard and 10mgs aromasin
