Sustanon homebrew

Hi guys, new to the homebrew scene. My source has come up with some sustanon 250 powder, this is premixed. Is the following ok to make a batch of 100ml sustanon at 250mg/ml?

oil - 58.75mls
powder - 25g
ba - 2mls
bb - 18mls

I have been doing a lot of research into this and am worried about doing something wrong with the above.

What are you using to measure amounts? Please don't tell me a beaker.

pre mixed powder??? personally I wouldnt trust it.

test prop- 3g
test phenylprop- 6g
test isoc- 6g
test deca- 10g
thats homebrew sus that has worked for me

LOL, why not trust it?
Its more expensive to get it premixed. What are they going to do?
Put something more expensive in there?
