Sust Cycle Duration

Hola: I live in Mexico..so have had good access to gear. I have been on 500/wk sust and 20 mg of anavar for 67 days. With a horrible diet...at least eating 200g of protein...and drinking a bit too much..here are my results:

gain of 14 lbs of muscle, loss of 2 lbs of fat. BF from 10% to 8%, no sides as I am taking proviron and 10mg of nolva daily. My nuts shrank..but brought them back with two shots of hcg 5000iu five days apart.

Question: any problem with going 90 days or should I stop where I am?


Saludos..btw, I have a TTokkyo distributer here in my city and will obtain a price list from him..the anavar is from there..the sust is from the farmacy.

if you are still feeling good and making good gains then continue, I wouldn't do more then 12 weeks though.

8 to 10 weeks at 500 mg that should be ok maybe you should had some winny in the last 4 weeks.
