Is Suspension just as Toxic to the Liver as 17alkylated Orals?

No, it's not as toxic, actually, it's probably very little toxic if any at all. The problem with Suspension is that it pics all at once, meaning the estrogen related side effects are the strongest. I, pesronally, never heard of any kind of hepatoxicity associated with Testosteron Suspension.

It's not toxic but it can stress the liver

As T Suspension is ester-free, therefor after injecting suspension, the muscles will more this Test to the liver to get metabolised, because it should be metabolised by the liver first before being active in the blood and to bind to Androgen receptors, when too much of a foreign substance being metabolised by the liver whether it's a toxic or non-toxic substance, it just cause an over-stress and uses too much of liver enzymes, while with other esterified Testosterone, the muscles de-esterify Testosterone is a prolonged time as less over-loading and stress on the liver will occur
