Sus250 nolva question

1st cycle got sore nips 2nd week into sus250 only cycle runnin 750mg/wk just started 20mg Ed nolva sorta took it away is it ok to run these two together? Btw I've run quite a few ph never any legit gear used to do 1ad Methyl 1 test and h drol back when it was legal only ph to ever give me itchy sore nips and actually a little Gyno is x tren by cel 19-nor...I'm 76" 241 lbs and 10%bf I'm tryin to gain more mass also can fake gear still yield Gyno? I'm just concerned cause I'm on week 4 and I haven't grown from what I can see I have gotten stronger tho
