sus and deca cycle 3

Hi I've just started my 3rd cycle this week. Using sus and deca here is what I'm going with.

Sus 500mg weekly
Deca 300mg weekly

Sus will be split 1ml twice a week and Deca once a week. What do you think?

5 ft 10
14 stone
Training 8 years

Also what would you recommend for a PCT ?

It looks fine to me.

Is the deca 200 mg/ml? If not you'll have to split deca to twice a week.

Personally I could handle no PCT at all.
AIs and anti-Es don't do much for deca suppression so maybe just a little HCG for PCT will do?
We'll see what other people say

Deca is 300

And yeah last cycle in done deca and test 400 and didn't do PCT and had no problems
