What is the best protein powder and the supplements to take after your first cycle and pct is over , what supplements should be used to keep the muscles mass and still be in good shape.

There are a few options for you. When it comes to a protein powder you always want to use a pure whey isolate. I recommend Whey To Build Muscle from n2bm.com.

N2BM also makes a great product called BRIDGE which can be used after a cycle to help with keeping gains and actually continuing to progress.

The other option is to bridge with SARMs. A lot of guys are very successful running the Triple Stack:

12 Weeks of Ostarine 25mg per day, S4 50mg per day (split doses), and Cardarine 20mg per day.

Remember the key to keeping gains in and after PCT is to not let up with diet and training. Too many guys take it easy with the training or slack on the diet.

The best thing you can do to keep all the gains you made after your cycle and PCT is to keep training and eating with the same intensity off cycle that you did on cycle. A lot of guys loose a lot of their gains because they start training half assed once their cycle is over.

There are a couple supplements that I take year round:
1. Fish/krill oil
2. A good quality multivitamin
3. A high quality whey isolate powder
4. digestive health supplements - greens powder, psyllium husk, probiotics and digestive enzymes
5. Creatine

The most important supplements are fish oil and a good quality multi vitamin.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.
