I finished 6weeks of prop/winny for a quick bulking cycle before summer comes. When I started, I dropped my sets and changed the way I perfrom the reps. For example, for chest I only do 4 sets, 2 sets of dumbell bench press, incline press and Bodymaster machine flys. I take 4-6 seconds on the negative part of the movement. I took a week off after my cycle and this week was my first week back. I am still making strength gains. So the point? Just thought I'd share this with anyone who has been stuck in a rut.
