sterile abscess

well it looks like I've got myself one.

injected 2-3 weeks ago with sustanon.. it was my final injection of my cycle

how did i get it? well it could be from hitting the same spot over and over, or a bad injection, or infection, or not going in deep enough.. no idea etc etc. i guess that really isn't as important as HOW DO I GET RID OF IT

its in my right quad. there is no swelling, no redness, no pain at all even when i push down. it just feels like a pebble in my quad.. very small.. the size of a pea X2.

so i am certain it is a sterile abscess and not the more serious type of abscess that would require immediate medical care. (atleast I hope)

will it go away on its own or do i need to seek a doctor to drain it? and if so which type of specialist should i go to who would handle this.

I got one on my thigh and my tri both from winni a year ago or so, same symptoms or non symptoms. I drained them myself went away that was it

As the captain did, I was going to advice the same. Pin point exact location, inject a new clean syringe and suck very slow. First analyze what is coming out. Then suck it all. Boost your immune system, and the carbon unit will take care of the rest by itself. It is pre-designed for that.

I am gonna try that. thanks fellers. i learned my lesson. be extra extra careful. since it was my last injection i was lackadazical. perhaps i did not inject carefully enough or deep enough, or perhaps i got lazy with 3 straight quad injections

I did that, and I hate to tell you, but I had to use a BIG needle, after 3 or 4 tries with smaller ones. You can try an 18g, but probably 16 is better. Small pieces of skin and tissue will clog up a normal needle before anything can suck out.

And the usual disclaier: "I am not a doctor, and I am not offering any opinions or advice... Just sharing a personal experience which is meant to apply only to myself".

well i tried it and charles you are probably right. nothing came out.

gonna wait a couple days and go in again. using a 21G which is all i got for now.

if it doesn't go away i probably will just see a doc and let him go in

PS. what came out when you used the large needle? puss?

Just go to the doc bro and let him deal with it, rather than fuckin around with different size needles and all that.

Too bad I didn't know bro. I could've hit the site with some lidocaine for you to numb it up before you jabbed that cannon in there. Course, you'd have had to drive down to SD. :)

stevesmi,
Head to the doctor bro. It's not worth the added risk to try doing it yourself.

Plus, the doctor will have the correct antibiotics for you so that an infection is avoided.
