Starting anavar cycle

I just started my first cycle...anavar only. I'm using BTG's 2.5 mg tabs. I'm starting off for the first week with 20mg/day. What is the best way to split up dosages throughout the day? How about when I bump to 25mg, 30, etc...I've seen a couple posts that touch on this subject, but can seem to find them via search.

Take it evenly every four hours. I would also up the dose to at least 40mg ED.
