Nerobol is just a brand name of dbol. It's the same thing as dbol.
Stacking any oral steroid with testosterone will make it much more effective. I would run a test/dbol cycle like this - [FONT=wf_segoe-ui_normal]

Assuming it is legit dbol then run 30-40mg per day for 4 weeks. You definitely want to be running aromasin at 10mg EOD and N2Guard at 7 caps per day.
