B Bigpress26 New member Jul 11, 2003 #4 i only inject in quads, glutes, tris and delts never gone for the bicepts, sort of freaks me out sorry no help here. I have always heard to mark the thickest part when flexed, then relax and go for the mark. Good luck your braver than I am!
