Specific Workouts/Specific Injection Spots?

Hey whats up guys i just have a simple question for some vets. Im shooting 50mg winny ED. Yes i know it hurts lol. Well, I wanted to know, lets say i was doin chest/bi's should i inject in my chest/or bi's? just wondering guys. Thanks alot for any help.

sure you can. you can also drink your winny if you dont like shots.
try massaging with hot washcloth after shot.
ppl usually spot inject to avoid scar tissue from repeated injections in same spot.

ya if massaging it with a hot cloth will take away the day after pain then im going to do it! MAN ive read winny gives site specific growth. I have QV Stan 50mg 20cc bottle, well 2 of them, and the shot themselfs = painless, but about 1 hour later and next day bam, feels like ive been working out for days and finanly stoped and the spot is killing me, not to the point where im like WTF i got to stop, but to the point where WTF i got to sit on an angle for a day lol.
