Sore nipps, nova dosage?

I am ending my 4th week of 500mg per week of test enth. (first cycle) On Tuesday morning my left nip was sore, no itching and only on the left hand side when I push on it. I took 10mg of nova on tuesday, they were sore again wed. so I took 20mg and another 20 today because it was not better. Does this sound like a possible problem? What would an optimal dosage be to combat this? How high should I go to hammer this down? 60 mgs/day? I have nova and clomid on hand, but am just getting some conflicting advice and wanted the boards opinion. Thanks

usage of steroids can cause the sore braests,so it doesn't mean it is gyno...but you can use Nolva about 30mg per day and soon after ending of your cycle this problem wil be gone...
