Is this true? I have put on a lot of weight fast even though I eat clean. .5mg eod on top of d-bol/cyp/deca. So I should assume I'm still holding a lot of water?

i am going to be doin the same stack in a couple of weeks. You think the arimidex is not helping with the bloat? I thought that was the problem solver for water How much of everything are you doing?

dont confuse fat with water...you may just simply be getting fat, not water retention.
