Is it possible for the muscle you inject into become weaker the day after your shot?

I ask b/c I shot prop/eq into each delt sunday night and then my bench was weak on tuesday. It could of just been a bad day, but I was wondering if the soreness from the prop could of made an impact on my shoulder strength?

I would say that any soreness in the muscle would also decrease the strength in that muscle, but only a little. How much of a drop are we talking here?

Yes it can, aspecially the first times you inject

OK, good, It was my first delt injections and my bench only went down by like 10lbs. That makes me feel alot better.

Yeah ten pounds was not that bad. It was probably from the injection and site.

it was on incline also, so that prolly involved more shoulder too, thanks again.
