They speak the truth, 500mg a week I have never heard someone complain about for thier first cycle. Now I've heard numerous complaints about 375 and under. Do your self a favor and just do 500mg a week and make sure it's 12 weeks or longer to maximize results.

500, unless you add something else, but thats usually what is done, 500, 250 youll see a little, but youll be alot more please w/500, unless you wanted to just add like 250 of prop but i like prop hehe, but ya... GOODLUCK
