Side effects of Insulin usage

How high is the chance of developing problems with your kidneys or eyesight if you use insulin as a bodybuilder and are NOT a diabetic? Also is there a feedback loop with the pancreas?

Just my opinion here but if you use insulin and are not a diabetic, you're an idiot. Insulin is toxic to your pancreas (among other things). You could end up MAKING yourself diabetic if you're not careful.

Insulin like many other substances can be used safely if proper knowledge is absorbed before hand. As for sides as the ones you mentioned i am unsure....ill bump it for the vets.
