short eca / tbol cut cycle right after a short burst cycle?

My friend is on his 30days short burst oral only cycle right know but he is talking about putting in a 4 weeks more on low doses right after the burst cycle is finished to cut some fat off without loosing much of muscle. Is this going to work?

He is convinced that this gonna work. He will do his 4 weeks of high dose orals. Then taking like 10-20mg of tbol for like 4 weeks and after that a pct.. is this going to work??
or is it better if he is doing first a PCT after the big cycle and then after like 3-4 weeks doing a cut cycle with lowdose of tbol and eca stack?

yes its abit stupid actually, wanted to get some opinions on this though! thanks for help
he will stick to the short cycle and then do a pct on that and trying to cut without any steroids after pct even if its best to wait maybe some months after a cycle so you are fully recovered
