most articles I have seen online about test administration and use, say taking between 300 mg and 600 mg is like the standard dose for newbies looking to put up some muscle mass, I'm 29 years old, 6' 1" 200lbs 13%-16%BF and I was wondering what cycle would be more suitable for a guy my age looking for size. For example, taking 600 mg for 8 weeks or do 300 mg a week for 16 weeks, maybe taking 300 mg to see how my body responds to it?
