AS and shin splints

Since AS helps you gain muscle mass and strengthen muscles, if i were to work the shin muscles (toe tap exercise w/weight) would my shin splints go away?

Try going to a Podiatrist. Your problem may be caused by flat feet, or high arch, etc.

Make sure 100% its shin splints... One doctor told me i had shin splints... Then later i found out i had external compartment syndrome, and it turned into chronic compartment syndrome, which is deadly... Go to a few doctors
