Sheeeeet, tore my pec last night!!!! PICS INSIDE
Just when I was getting into a good solid grove again, I tear my pec last night. Was progressing thru my flat bench workout. Warm up with 135, then to 185, then to 225. Next set was to be 265x8. First rep went down paused for a sec or two, then pushed up, no problems, no pain. Second rep I lowered the weight to my chest, paused, pushed maybe 1/2in and wham weight just falls and I feel my pec tear. It was just dead, holy crap did it scare the crap out of me. Thank god there were a few big guys close by that pulled the weight off of me.
It was too late(7pm) to go to a doctors office, so I drove across the street to the urgent care office and after waiting 2hrs finally got to see the doc. What a horrible doc. He didnt even ask me to raise my shirt. He just felt around til i told him where the pain was. After about 2 minutes of him pressing down on different places on my chest he says, yep you probably pulled something or strained a muscle. Here is a script for the pain and some muscle relaxers. Just go home and ice it down, no heat for at least 72hrs. That was it!!! I didnt even see the damage until i got home and finally got my shirt off. Here are the pics

Anyone feel it might benefit me to try some HGH during the coming months of rehab?
