Just got my Sarms today . Can it be mixed with water, as in just put the 50ml in a glass of water and drink up?

I like to split the dose am and pm, I take it right out of the dropper.

If you put it in a drink beware this stuff has the capacity to delute its taste over a large volume, squeeze and be done with it.

yea im splitting it into 25ml. should I take the doses about 12 hours apart, like 7 am and 7 pm?
