500 split mon/thur for 10 weeks

looks good so far?...........
ive been reading around and asking at the gym but am not sure if i need to run something while on sus for 10 weeks ?.?.?.?
diet, not putting meal by meal just a list of foods i will b eating as i am still putting finishing touches

eggs - whites
fish- tuna/salmon
veggies -carrots/green beans/cron/broccoli/onions
fruits - apples/oranges/pineapples/tomatos
oats
olives
