Running a pct with sarms?

I was at the gym working out and some guy came up to me an offer to sell me some sarms. I followed him into the locker room and he opened up his locker and he had a bunch of them in there. I told him I want the strongest stuff so you can send me something called S23. I said do I need a post Cycle Therapy because I had to use steroids before and he said no that this stuff would provide me everything I needed for PCT
wanted to check if this was true or not

if you do s23 you need PCT for sure, s23 will really shut you down big time

PCT would be necessary if you take S23, add NOLVADEX
