Excerpt: What happened to that bad ass Ross Erstling? Wow was he a beast back in the day I can remember him saying that He would run over 1000 mg a week of Trenbolone and he would also add a bunch of other steroids to it as well including masteron and primobolan he used to be a regular on this forum but I haven't seen him Post in a while. I hope he is still alive and didn't kill himself from abusing steroids
