OK So im benching 5 months back - wide grip and I feel pain in my right shoulder. It aches fiercly for a few days and gets better but feels weak. Then Im maxing on flat bench 3 2 months back and it felt like something tore in my right pec/shoulder. Everything works as it should it just feels real weak. Now my left pec is more developed then my right. Noticably. I can still go heavy but it doesnt feel right and Ive got this inconsistancy in my pecs goin on.
Im working an an appt with a sports medicine doc at the moment but wanted your opinions on an injury of this type.
