Right Pec/Shoulder Injury

OK So im benching 5 months back - wide grip and I feel pain in my right shoulder. It aches fiercly for a few days and gets better but feels weak. Then Im maxing on flat bench 3 2 months back and it felt like something tore in my right pec/shoulder. Everything works as it should it just feels real weak. Now my left pec is more developed then my right. Noticably. I can still go heavy but it doesnt feel right and Ive got this inconsistancy in my pecs goin on.

Im working an an appt with a sports medicine doc at the moment but wanted your opinions on an injury of this type.

Anyone had a similar problem? How did you handle it?

mmmmm, sounds weird that one.. i had a larger left peck than my right only because , i hurt my left arm , and was forced to use my left pec more when benching because my left arm got weaker . .. dont know if that helps at all, just thought i would share .
 
Thanks for the input I think that applies to me to a degree - because it doesn't feel right I think im using my left more then my right.

My concern Is that I tore something and it's not healing. . . It's been changing in the way it feels but just isnt the same. . .

Injuries suck
