Weeks 1-10: 400mgs mgs Test Enanthate e5d (or every Monday and Thursay which will yield better gains) 28g

Weeks 1-13: 50mg Mesterolone ed 3.5g

Weeks 3-13: 250-300iu HCG e4d

Weeks 10-13: 12.5mg Arimidex(Anastrazole) ed
Weeks 14-19: 20mg Nolvadex(Tamoxifen) + 12.5mg Arimidex(Anastrazole) ed or eod

It's a very simple cycle. I ran that amount of test E for my first cycle and it's so low I had barely any water weight and no notable sides. PCT could be much simplar.HCG at end of cycle only for 2 weeks then then follow with Clomid for 3 weeks-150mg-100mg-50mg. I've never used HCG or Arimidex. Why Proviron and not any other oral?

No, that is a terrible PCT bro. SERMS only in a PCT will not help you recover. They have a temporary effect, and your test levels will crash as soon as you come off of them. They are good to have in PCT, but you need much more to raise test naturally and control estrogen rebound.

beauty of a set up.I personally would replace test stack with hcgenerate es but that is a personal choice.Both work well
