Results from using a diuretic...
hello guys!
I have been using a diuretic the last couple of days to shed some water bloat i have been holding recently. Aldactazide is the brand name....I did shed quite a few pounds but am convinced it could work alot better!
My quest is, do i need to keep water intake high, moderate or low? Plus how should diet be checked?
