recommended Anavar dosage (Generic)

I will be using IP anavar. Ive heard some people say dont go over 40mg/d, its a waste, others say, dont go under 80mg/d, lol.

What the heck is it? I was thinking 60mg/d for 10 weeks, cause thats what I have enough for. Sound good? This will be stacked also!

I think 40mg is quite sufficient...but why use IP when you can use better?

IP stuff a just a TAD bit more cost effective. like .50 per 10mg tab for the order we placed.

On top of this, Ive had good results from all his tabs that ive tried. he has built up trust me with me.

A popular rule of thumb is .125 mg. per pound of bodyweight. So a 200 lb. man would use 50 mg. per day.

IMO, if you are doing anavar only, you can get additional benefit by raising it as high as 80 mg. per day or possibly higher, although I haven't gone above 60 mg. yet myself.
