Recommendations for my 2nd cycle

I'm going to do a 12 week cycle that will include the following

Test. Cyp. 200
Anadrol 50
Sustanon 250

All products will be ttokkyo gear.

Give me info., on how to cycle from week 1 to week 12.

IMO you should not be using gear if you don't know how to cycle it right. This is not a flame, just some helpful info. E-mail or PM me if you have any questions but make sure you do a ton of reseach before starting a cycle
